We are a group of 20-somethings who are concerned about the health care debate in America. We support a complete overhaul of the American health care system and feel that not nearly enough is being done to fix it. Our goal is to raise awareness of the issue amongst our age group as we will be drastically effected by the results of the debate.
Most Americans are hideously uninformed or misinformed about health care. It is news to them when I point out that insurance is not necessary for providing medical services and that it is, in fact, a shameful corruption of medicine and its guiding principles. They hadn't thought about it that way, but readily agree once they hear it.
